Up to present in 2019 this is the settlement layer endorsed by UNOCHA and used by UN in Somalia.This file was updated on May 2018 to incorporate the P-codes. Some settlements fall outside the disputed territory due to positional error probably.For settlements classification use the field named: DEFINITION
